Taize Prayer is scheduled for Third Friday of each month at 7:30 pm in the church. Taize Prayer is an ecumenical prayer originating with the Taize Community of France over 60 years ago. This unique prayer of song, silence and scripture is the perfect way to end a stressful week. The next Taize Prayer is scheduled for Friday, September 19 at 7:30 pm. First Friday Adoration is scheduled for the First Friday of each month in the Ministry Center Chapel). We encourage you take time out of your day and spend some meditative and prayerful time before the Blessed Sacrament. Adoration begins with an Opening Prayer at 8 am and ends with Solemn Benediction at 7 pm. The next scheduled Eucharistic Adoration is Friday, September 5.




Divine Providence School will celebrate its 50th Anniversary on Sunday, September 21st beginning with Mass at 9:30 am in the church with Bishop Thomas Paprocki, Vicariate IV Vicar, as the principal presider. After the church celebration, you are invited to a special 50th Anniversary Reception in the McInerney Center of Divine Providence School. Registration for Religious Education (CCD) can be done in the Religious Education Office in the Ministry Center. Registration materials can be found online at the Formation link on our website and new this year, you can also do Online Registration. The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick will be offered at the 11:30 am Mass on Sunday, October 5th. Anyone who is in need of healing of any sort and wishes to have God's graces brought down upon them are welcome to participate. Please call the Rectory at 708.562.3364 for more information.




Courage To Love is a fellowship of individuals, who through shared experience and mutual support are attempting to deal with problems in marriage. This 12-Step program for helping individuals cope with stress in their marriage relationships is based on the highly successful program originated by Alcoholics Anonymous, but is specifically oriented towards married couples and their problems. This is not a religious program but a spiritual recovery and is open to all. The only requirement for membership is a desire to deal more effectively with problems in a marriage.
